Automatic Oxygen Station

An Automatic Oxygen Manifold Station is an essential component of medical gas systems in hospitals and healthcare facilities. It provides a practical and reliable solution for managing the supply of medical oxygen from oxygen cylinders to the hospital’s central medical gas pipeline system.

The Automatic Oxygen Station is designed to automatically control the changeover between two oxygen cylinder banks, helping maintain a continuous oxygen supply and reducing the need for manual intervention when one cylinder bank becomes depleted.

The station has a capacity of up to 140 cubic meters per hour (140 m³/h) and is equipped with Japanese components with local assembly, in addition to flexible hoses for connecting the oxygen cylinders.

What Is an Automatic Oxygen Manifold Station?

An Automatic Oxygen station , also known as an Automatic Oxygen Station, is a centralized control unit used to connect groups of oxygen cylinders to a medical gas pipeline system.

The manifold regulates the supply of oxygen from two cylinder banks and automatically changes over from one bank to the other when required, helping maintain a continuous oxygen supply to the medical gas network.

Components of the Automatic Oxygen Manifold Station

The station consists of an integrated system designed to manage the medical oxygen supply. Its main components include:

Automatic Changeover Between Two Oxygen Banks

The station features an automatic changeover system between two oxygen banks. Each bank can be connected to 5 oxygen cylinders.

This configuration allows the system to automatically switch between the two cylinder banks when required, helping maintain the oxygen supply to the medical gas pipeline.

Five Oxygen Cylinders per Bank

Each of the two oxygen banks is designed to connect to 5 oxygen cylinders, allowing a total of 10 oxygen cylinders to be connected to the station.

This configuration provides a practical oxygen supply solution for healthcare projects that use oxygen cylinders as their medical oxygen source.

Capacity of 140 Cubic Meters per Hour

The Automatic Oxygen Manifold Station has a capacity of up to 140 cubic meters of oxygen per hour (140 m³/h).

This capacity makes the station suitable for various medical gas applications requiring an appropriate oxygen flow rate. The required capacity should be determined according to the facility’s oxygen consumption, size, and medical gas pipeline design.

Flexible Hoses for Oxygen Cylinder Connection

The station is equipped with flexible hoses for connecting oxygen cylinders, making it easier to connect and organize the cylinders within the medical gas supply area.

The flexible hoses provide a practical solution for connecting and disconnecting oxygen cylinders during cylinder replacement, operation, and maintenance.
